🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

  • For digital products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the access or download link has been delivered.

  • For physical products, cancellation is allowed before shipping. No cancellation is possible after dispatch.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for physical products only.

  • Digital products must be prepaid. COD is not available for any digital items.

 

💻 Digital Products – No Refund Policy

Please note that the price displayed for our digital products is not the actual commercial price, but rather a token donation to support our platform and ongoing development.

🔹 The displayed price is treated as a donation.
🔹 Our digital product prices are intentionally kept very low for accessibility.
🔹 Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products (such as downloads, access codes, or files), all purchases are final and non-refundable.

⚠️ By purchasing a digital product from mjilead, you agree that your payment is considered a donation, and you fully waive any right to request a refund.

📦 Returns Policy

You can request a return under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Product was delivered within the last 7 days

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and bundled items

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable or expired items

  • Opened cosmetics or perfumes

  • Digital goods (once accessed/downloaded)

  • Items marked as clearance or on sale (unless faulty)

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions or deduct up to 50% from the refund for damaged packaging or missing parts.

🚚 How to Return

  • Returns must be shipped to the following address:

    📍 Mjilead Office, Baghail, Ishwardi, Pabna, Bangladesh

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

  • We recommend using trackable and insured courier service.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon receiving the item in acceptable condition.

🎁 Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift, store credit will be issued in your name.

  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refund will be made to the original buyer.

🛠️ Warranty Policy

Selected products are covered under our warranty policy.

✅ Covers:

  • Manufacturer-related hardware defects

  • Issues as covered by original manufacturer warranty

❌ Does NOT Cover:

  • Software problems, modifications (rooting/jailbreaking)

  • Minor display issues (e.g. <3 dead pixels)

  • Physical damage or signs of misuse

  • Consumables (batteries, liquids, etc.)

  • Accessories (chargers, cables, cases)

  • Perfumes or hygiene products

  • Tampered serial/IMEI numbers

🧾 Claim Process

  • Within 7 days: Eligible for full refund or replacement upon QC approval.

  • After 7 days (up to 365 days):
    Contact us with issue details. If eligible, we’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.
    ⚠️ Both-way shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

⏳ Repair time: Up to 14 working days (excluding shipping).
If repair is not possible, a partial or full refund will be offered.
